Ruth Hood

Ruth Hood serves the Nebraska Athletic Department as a dining service associate. Hood, who has been a member of the Training Table Team since 2006, creates and presents food in a flavorful, attractive and nutritionally beneficial way for Husker student-athletes and guests.

Originally from New Sweden, Maine, Hood and her husband, Michael, have three daughters, Carrie, Kristin and Caitlin.
