Marv Potter joined the Nebraska Athletic Department as a trade supervisor at the Bob Devaney Sports Center in 2010.
Originally from Valparaiso, Neb., Potter has served as the structural lead for the University of Nebraska since 1977. In that role, he performed several building-related tasks, including planning, preparation, administration and implementation of construction projects throughout the UNL campus.
Potter began his career at JED Construction in Lincoln before joining the UNL staff. Marv and his wife, Diane, have two children - a son, Kurt, and a daughter, Kimberly - and two grandsons.
