Jaime Gottlieb joined the performance nutrition team in May 2020. She serves as an assistant sports dietitian with a focus in Olympic sports. Gottlieb's responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting in training table operations, creating educational handouts and social media content and managing an alternative fueling station during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Gottlieb was born and raised in St. Louis, Mo. She attended the University of Missouri where she completed their coordinated program in dietetics. During her time at Missouri, Gottlieb worked with Mizzou Performance Nutrition gaining experience in fueling station management, hydration testing, body composition and working with football and Olympic sports.
Gottlieb interned for the Huskers in summer of 2019. She returned to Nebraska after completing her dietetic internship and master of science in dietetics from Mizzou in May 2020.
Jaime is currently working on gaining hours to become a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD).
