Charlie Foley

Charlie Foley spent three seasons at Nebraska from 2023-2025. He served as the associate director of football operations (2025) as well as two seasons as the assistant director of football operations. Foley assisted with the day-to-day operations of the football program.

Foley joined Matt Rhule in Lincoln after spending two seasons on Rhule’s Carolina Panthers’ staff. Foley was a football operations intern with the Panthers in 2021, and he served as a video intern in 2022.

Prior to working in the NFL, Foley was a football operations assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for the 2020 season. He served in the same role at Temple in 2018 and 2019.

Foley earned his degree in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2022.
