2023-24 (Redshirt Freshman)
Lloyd's season was slowed after suffering a knee injury on the first day of practice.  He did not play during the season, as he worked his way back to 100 percent. He has worked hard on expanding his all-around game and showed some of those skills on the Huskers' trip to Spain in the summer of 2023, as he played several backcourt spots. Lloyd averaged 5.7 points, 8.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.0 steals per game, ranking second in rebounding and third in both assists and steals while posting a team-best 4-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. He finished the trip on a high note, totaling 10 points, eight rebounds and four steals in the win in Barcelona.

2022-23 (Redshirt)
Lloyd redshirted in his first season at Nebraska as he ran the scout team in practice and adjusted to the rigors of Division I basketball. Lloyd took advantage of the redshirt year, making significant strides in many facets of his game while going against the starters every day in practice.
