Opened her collegiate cross country career at the Augustana Twilight and placed 196th with a time of 22:05.7…finished 190th at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite and ran a time of 29:48.9…placed 121st at the Bradley Classic with a time of 28:07.5.

Before Nebraska
Competed on the Nebraska track and field team in 2017 and 2018 before also joining the cross country team...attended Mandeville High School in Louisiana...was a three-time Louisiana 5A state champion in the 800m...became the Louisiana state record holder in the 800m with a time of 2:12.04…also set a prep-best time of 55.11 in the 400m and was the state runner-up as a junior.

Personal
Parents are Charles and Zondra...brother, Charles Jones, was a running back for the Kansas State football team...earned her bachelor's degree from Nebraska as a sports media and communications major in May of 2021.
