2022 (Redshirt)
Luke Lindenmeyer played in one game while utilizing his redshirt season in 2022. He made his Husker debut by playing tight end at No. 3 Michigan.

Before Nebraska (Papillion-La Vista HS)
Lindenmeyer joined Nebraska as a walk-on tight end from Papillion-La Vista High School. Lindenmeyer played on both sides of the ball for the Monarchs and was one of the state’s top tight ends. Lindenmeyer helped Coach Tim Williams’ team to a Class A playoff berth in 2021, catching 29 passes for 424 yards and six touchdowns. He added 24 tackles on defense and earned second-team all-metro and honorable-mention all-state honors from the Omaha World-Herald.

During his junior season, Lindenmeyer caught 35 passes for 444 yards and three touchdowns, while adding three sacks on defense. He earned honorable-mention all-metro honors in 2020. Lindenmeyer also saw action at tight end as a sophomore in 2019. Lindenmeyer also received interest from Columbia, Army, Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois.

Luke was born on Sept. 2, 2003. He is the son of Vincent and Cynthia Lindenmeyer.
