Ten Nebraska track and field student-athletes were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Teams on June 24.
The CSC Academic All-District Teams recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field and in the classroom.
For the Husker men, Micaylon Moore, Reid Nelson, Arthur Petersen, Till Steinforth and Tyus Wilson were all named to the Academic All-District Team.
For the Husker women, Maddie Harris, Axelina Johansson, Kalynn Meyer, Jenna Rogers and Eniko Sara were all named to the Academic All-District Team.
Nine of the 10 Huskers advanced to the national ballot and will be considered for Academic All-America honors, which will be announced July 15 (women) and July 16 (men). They include: Moore, Petersen, Steinforth, Wilson, Harris, Johansson, Meyer, Rogers and Sara.
Johansson, Steinforth and Wilson were first-team Academic All-Americans in 2024, while Moore was a second-team Academic All-American.
