The Nebraska men's and women's cross country teams earned spots on the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Teams, the association announced Thursday.
The Husker women compiled a team grade-point average of 3.76, while the Nebraska men earned a 3.18 team GPA.
The two teams were part of a pack of 249 women's teams and 216 men's squads from the Division I level that captured All-Academic Team honors.
In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
