Huskers Set for Finale in Greece

The Nebraska women's basketball team closes its summer tour of Greece on Monday, when the Huskers take on the Crete All Stars at 11 a.m. (CT).

Live game statistics will be available for the third of three contests for the Huskers during their tour (July 30-Aug. 9), but no live video stream of the game will be available.

The Huskers arrived in Greece on Monday morning and took a bus tour of Athens, including a stop at the Panathenaic Stadium. They visited the Acropolis and Parthenon on Tuesday morning before running to a 101-49 win over the Athens All Stars.

Nebraska added a 111-48 win over the Patras All Stars at Promitheas Park on Thursday, Aug. 3, after a cruise up the Corinth Canal and a day in Nafpaktos, including a tour of the ancient site of Olympia.

On Friday, the Huskers toured Delphi before flying from Athens to Heraklion, Crete. They spent Saturday at Elounda Bay and Spinalonga Island, before spending Sunday on Santorini Island.

Earlier Monday, the Huskers visited Knossos Palace and Heraklion Old Town before arriving at Lindo Indoor Sports Hall for the game with the Crete All Stars.
