The seedings and bracket for the 2023 Big Ten Women's Tennis Tournament was announced on Sunday evening. Purdue will host the event at the Schwartz Tennis Center with competition starting on Wednesday. Nebraska secured the 10th seed and will face No. 7 Purdue on Thursday, April 27 at 2 p.m. CT.
The tournament will begin on Wednesday, April 26 with the first two round matches between No. 13 Rutgers/No. 12 Michigan State and No. 14 Minnesota/No. 11 Indiana. Four second round matches will be played on Thursday, four quarterfinal matches on Friday, and the two semifinals matches will take place on Saturday. The Big Ten Championship will be the lone dual on Sunday.
Michigan, the No. 3-ranked team in the nation, won the Big Ten regular season title with a 11-0 record in conference play and secured the No. 1 seed for this year's tournament. Ohio State (#9), Illinois (#31), Wisconsin (#24), and Northwestern (#74) round out the top five teams.
