Nebraska swimming and diving tabbed a pair of ninth-place relay finishes on Wednesday during the first session of the 2023 Big Ten Championships in Ann Arbor, Mich.
In the premier event at the Canham Natatorium, Gabby Donahue, JoJo Randby, Caitlin Cairns and Emily Haimes joined together to clock the third-fastest 200 medley relay time in school history (1:39.55), placing ninth.
Shannon Stott, Lexi Kucera, Gena Jorgenson and Giulia Marchi teamed up in the 800 freestyle relay to place ninth with the fourth-best time in Nebraska history (7:12.14).
Tomorrow marks the first full day of competition, with Session II kicking off at 9 a.m. (CT).
