A Refreshed Nebraska Leadership Society

Nebraska Athletics is proud to announce a series of enhancements to the Nebraska Leadership Society. Huskers from coast-to-coast in this donor recognition circle ensure There is No Place Like Nebraska. Beginning in 2023, the Nebraska Leadership Society will introduce new recognition levels and enhance member benefits to better serve its members. With more than 250 current members, Nebraska Athletics is committed to recruiting new members who are passionate about our future to join the Nebraska Leadership Society.
 
Donors in the Nebraska Leadership Society are recognized for their contributions as Annual Members and Lifetime Members. Annual memberships begin at $25,000 annually whereas lifetime member recognition begins at $1 million. In response to generous support from several donors during the GO BIG Campaign, two lifetime giving levels - Diamond ($5 million) and Platinum ($10 million) - are being introduced.
 
The Nebraska Leadership Society recognizes donors in our ranks who share our optimism for the future and give generously to key Nebraska Athletics funding priorities. This includes priority seating gifts, donations to the annual fund, and commitments toward capital improvements and endowed funds, to name a few. We are proud to offer a series of new and enhanced benefits and one-of-a-kind experiences for our annual members and lifetime members.

What is the Nebraska Leadership Society? What is the impact of the NLS?
Originally established in 2016, the Nebraska Leadership Society (NLS) currently consists of more than 250 members across 17 states that represent our most generous alumni, friends, family, and business partners.
 
The legendary support of our fans has been the steady force behind the decorated and storied history of our athletic programs. Members of the Nebraska Leadership Society build on that history through their support of key Nebraska Athletics funding priorities­—including capital projects, annual support, and academic success funds. Together, this group of supporters account for nearly one-third of annual giving in support of the Huskers.
 
How do you qualify to be an NLS Member?
Donors who make annual donations of $25,000 or more, or meet lifetime commitments exceeding $1 million, are recognized as Nebraska Leadership Society members. These gifts can include any combination of priority seating gifts, donations to the annual fund, and commitments to capital projects and endowed funds.
 
What benefits to NLS Members receive?
Nebraska Leadership Society members are offered one-of-a-kind experiences and benefits at varying annual and lifetime giving levels. The Bronze ($25,000), Silver ($50,000), and Gold ($100,000) levels recognize annual commitments made to Nebraska Athletics.
 
Members who have displayed exceptional generosity over their lifetime are recognized at the Ruby level ($1 million) or the new Diamond ($5 million) and Platinum ($10 million) levels.
 
Benefits of Nebraska Leadership Society membership can include exclusive appreciation events, merchandise discounts, VIP access and more! Increased benefits of the Nebraska Leadership Society include pregame sideline access and the opportunity to travel with teams to away games.
