What is your favorite memory associated with sports?
Winning a bowling National Championship

What does it mean to you to be a woman in sports?
Being a woman in sports is a badge of honor that I wear proudly. By continuing to obtain the title as a female athlete I am actively advocating for gender equality and equal rights.

What is your proudest accomplishment?
Being able to attend college and being so close to attaining my degree in the spring of 2023

What have you learned from playing sports and how has that helped you navigate other obstacles in your life?
Time management has helped me to organize my day to day life in order to stay on top of my responsibilities.

If you could go back and tell your younger self something, what would it be?
Everything is going to be okay. You’re going to get through it all. Just keep pushing.

What advice would you give a young female athlete?
Take advantage of every opportunity and experience because it allows you to interact with new people and keeps your options open when it comes to furthering your academic and athletic careers.
