Huskers Move Up In ITA Rankings to No. 49

The Nebraska women's tennis team moved up 18 spots from last week to No. 49 in the latest ITA Coaches Poll. The 6-4 Huskers have now reached the Top 50 ranking for the first time this season. 

NU earns the No. 49 spot after going 1-0 last weekend at the Dillon Tennis Center. On Saturday, the Huskers defeated No. 45 Minnesota, 6-1.

The Huskers are one of eight ranked teams in the Big Ten Conference.

This week, Nebraska looks to continue its success as it welcomes Omaha to the Dillon Tennis Center at 5pm on March 9.
