Huskers Complete Day Three at ITA

Iowa City, Iowa -- The Nebraska women's tennis team had a strong day three of play at the ITA Regionals tournament with the Huskers competing in singles and doubles.
 
Sophomores Kristina Novak and Maja Makoric defeated Nonoyama/Xin of UCA 8-4 in doubles play. Novak had a singles match later in the day, falling short to 
Maria Titova from KU 2-6, 6-3, 2-6. 
 
Freshman Jillian Roa and Lucy Loy had clean sweeps in singles matches today. Loy defeated Mehra from Iowa 4-6, 7-5, 10-3, while Roa faced off against Lazerovich from South Dakota winning 6-2, 6-3.

The last singles match of the day was played by Husker Isabel Adrover Gallego against Romana Tarajova of SMSU 6-7, 4-6.
