The Nebraska women's tennis team heads to Norman, Okla., this week to compete at the 15k Oklahoma ITF. The University of Oklahoma is set to host the seven-day women's invite with three Huskers, sophomores Kristina Novak, Vivien Sandberg and Isabel Adrover Gallego, making the trip.
Novak is 1-1 in singles play this fall season, with a win over Lucie Devier at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic. Adrover Gallego also tallied a win in Milwaukee and has a 1-1 overall record for the fall. Rounding out the group is Sandberg who previously competed at the Texas Tech ITF and also has a 1-1 singles record.
A total of 32 single draws and 16 double draws will be represented at this weekend's tournament, and the Huskers will be competing in the qualifying draw that starts Monday morning.
