On the loss Friday 
“It sucks. You know, no one came here to lose games and especially to Iowa, you know, big rival. It's a little more than the other games, you know. But we got three more opportunities out there to go out and try and win out.” 

On the final drive against Iowa 
“That last drive we were all planning on going down there and winning the game. Unfortunately it didn't go that way. We watched the tape we've learned from our mistakes and we're moving on, getting ready for this weekend.” 

On the differences between Adrian Martinez and Luke McCaffrey 
"I trust both those guys. They know how to run our offense. I trust our coaches with how they're dealing with the playing time of both. I don't want to say it matters because we're going in there and both those guys can make plays. I trust I trust both of them.” 

Is there a boost when one of the quarterbacks comes in? 
“Both guys are fiery guys so I wouldn't say it’s a huge change. I think Luke (McCaffrey) runs the offense a little quicker than Adrian (Martinez), but you know, I don't think that's a huge change. It's not a negative or positive.” 

On practice heading into the Iowa game 
“Last week we practiced hard. I think that was one of our better weeks of practice and the guys were fired up. You know it was a big game. I think we have to approach every game like it's an Iowa week, so hopefully we can continue to do that these next three weeks.”
