N Club Partners with Husker Connect Platform

Connecting Nebraska alumni, former teammates, and letterwinners is now more attainable, thanks to the new online platform, Husker Connect!
 
Since the N Club transitioned to the Huskers Athletic Fund in 2018, connecting former student-athletes has been a top priority. The N Club's mission is to provide opportunities to letterwinners from all sports for connection, engagement, and involvement through events, special reunions, and regular communication while supporting the athletic, academic, and career success of current and former student-athletes. This month Executive Director, Mike Dobbs, and Assistant Director of Development, Tierra Williams, pushed the mission forward.
 
The Husker N Club partnered with the Nebraska Alumni Association to launch Husker Connect, a free mentoring and networking online platform. Joining the community allows Nebraska Alumni to reach out to other professionals in specific areas of interest, request a meeting by email, phone call, or video chat, and advise current students or recent grads entering an uncertain economy.
 
Through the private N Club group, all letterwinners can build professional connections, join meaningful discussions, and mentor current and former student-athletes. Furthermore, members can update their contact information, connect companies with former student-athletes seeking entry-level, mid-career, and executive positions across diverse professions, industries, and locations.
