ESPN announced late Saturday night that College GameDay will originate live from Lincoln next Saturday morning. The popular pre-game show will take place from 8-11 a.m. on Saturday morning in advance of the Huskers' prime-time matchup with Ohio State.
The location of the GameDay set will be determined early this week and fan information for Saturday morning will be updated on Huskers.com and all Husker social media platforms.
The GameDay visit will be the first since September of 2007. It marks the seventh time overall that ESPN College GameDay has originated from Lincoln, including twice in 1994, once in 1998, twice in the 2001 season and the most recent in 2007. Husker fans have turned out in full force for GameDay in the past, producing some of the largest crowds in the show's history.
