Chanel Freeman (100m hurdles) and Chase Wolinski (javelin) will compete and attempt to qualify for national titles and spots on Team USA. The USATF Championships begin on Thursday and will run through Sunday.
Wolinski will be the first Husker to compete at the meet, as she will throw in the women's javelin at 6 p.m. (CT) on Thursday. Wolinski was a first-team All-American in the event at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, where she finished fifth with a throw of 176-4 (53.75m).
