Worrall Sets Lifetime Best at Summer Sectionals

Jenks, Okla.----The Nebraska swim and dive team kicked off day one at the 2019 Region VIII Summer Sections held at the Jenks Trojan Aquatic Center in Jenks, Okla. 

Three Huskers claimed a top-eight placing in the 800-meter freestyle. Sophomore Audrey Coffey raced to a victory with a time of 8:54.98, followed by junior Autumn Haebig (8:58.42). Junior Rachel Powers produced a seventh-place finish with a time of 9:06.30.

Senior Allie Worrall raced to a fourth-place finish and her lifetime best (57.99) as she dropped 51 seconds from the 100-meter free prelims.
