Wolinski Named Field Athlete of the Week

The Nebraska track and field team received one weekly award from the Big Ten Conference on Wednesday, as Chase Wolinski was named the Big Ten Women's Field Athlete of the Week.

Wolinski won the javelin title with a personal-best throw of 177-0 (53.96m) at the Texas Relays last weekend. Her mark ranks sixth in school history, leads the Big Ten and ranks seventh in the nation this season. 

Wolinski and the Huskers will host the Husker Spring Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
