Q&A with Kate Cain

Sophomore Kate Cain made a major impact for the Huskers in 2017-18. A top 100 high school recruit from Middletown, N.Y., Cain earned spots on the Big Ten All-Freshman and Big Ten All-Defensive teams after setting a Nebraska record with 100 blocked shots. In addition to leading the Big Ten and ranking among the top 10 players in the nation in blocks, Cain averaged nearly 10 points and seven rebounds per game for the Huskers as a freshman.

Kate took a few minutes out of her schedule to answer some questions to provide a little bit more insight about her life off the court.
