Q&A with Jessica Aragon

Freshman Jessica Aragon joins the women's tennis program from Plano, Tex. where she was the No. 3 player in the state in 2018. Aragon will make an immediate impact on the program in both singles and doubles play. 

Aragon took the time to answer some questions to tell us a little bit more about her life off the tennis court.

Favorite TV show now or as a child: I’ve watched so much TV I can’t answer this

Favorite pro team: I only watch tennis so Federer   

Favorite sports movie: Rocky,Talladega Nights, Stick It, or Dodgeball

Favorite meal: I just love food in general

Favorite workout song: Country in general

What you would do with a time machine: Go back and not eat the brownie I just ate? Just kidding.

When you're not competing, you like to: have fun with friends and watch movies

Superpower you wish you had: Teleportation

Greatest challenge you’ve ever faced: Having an injured wrist for several months

Greatest sources of inspiration in your life: My family

Pregame rituals: I eat scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and fruit.
