Huskers Head to Hawaii for Spring Break Trip

The Nebraska beach volleyball team will spend the next week on the road traveling to Hawaii and California for 11 matches and a beach tournament.

The Huskers will begin their trip in Honolulu, Hawaii, where they will take part in a pairs tournament hosted by Chaminade on Queen's Beach at 4 p.m. (CT) on Thursday. On Saturday and Sunday, Nebraska will play six matches, two each against Hawaii, Grand Canyon and USC. The Huskers will play Grand Canyon again on Monday, March 19 for a third time, and the Hawaii trip will conclude with a match under the lights against Hawaii at the Ching Complex at 9 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday, March 20.

After returning to the mainland, the Huskers will play Irvine Valley College, Long Beach State and Concordia University (Irvine) on Friday, March 23 in a triple header.

The Huskers enter the road trip with a 3-4 overall record after topping Missouri State and Missouri Baptist in home matches this month.
