The Nebraska men's tennis team will take on the hosts from Purdue on Thursday afternoon at the Big Ten Tournament in West Lafayette, Ind.
The Huskers claimed the No. 11 seed at the conference tournament with a 5-18 overall record, including a 1-10 Big Ten mark. Purdue earned the No. 6 seed after tying for fourth with a 7-4 Big Ten mark and closing the regular season with a 19-11 overall record. The Boilermakers are ranked No. 35 nationally in this week's Oracle/ITA Tennis Top 50.
Nebraska has won its first-round Big Ten Tournament match in each of the past two seasons.
