Second Round Canceled in Las Vegas

Boulder City, Nev. - Severe storms led to the cancellation of the second round of the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown at the Boulder Creek Golf Club on Monday.

The Nebraska women's golf team will enter Tuesday's final round in a tie for 11th place in a solid 19-team field in Las Vegas. The tournament has been shortened to 36 holes. Nebraska shot an opening-round 290 on Sunday on the 6,301-yard, par-72 layout at Boulder Creek.

Tuesday's final round is set to begin with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. (CT). Live scoring for the tournament is available at BirdieFire.com.
