Huskers Open Season With Intrasquad Meet Saturday

The Nebraska track and field team begins its 2015-16 season with the annual Nebraska Intrasquad meet on Saturday, Dec. 12 at the Bob Devaney Sports Center Indoor Track at 2 p.m. Fans are invited and will enjoy free admission to watch the Huskers compete for the first time this year.

For youth (grades 8th and under), there will be a chance to show off their speed in the Lil' Husker youth 60 and 100-meter dashes. Prior to the meet, there will be pizza and water for the first 150 youth participants. 

Please pre-register your son or daughter for the youth races by sending your child’s name, age, elementary school and the race(s) he or she would like to run to jvteam@huskers.com.
