Lincoln – The Nebraska Athletics Department announced Monday afternoon that the Husker men’s basketball season opener against Mississippi Valley State on Saturday, Nov. 14, will tip off at 7 p.m. at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
The men’s basketball start time was listed as TBA until the time of the Nebraska-Rutgers football game that day was determined. The football game was set for a 2:30 p.m. start on the 14th.
The men’s basketball game vs. Mississippi Valley State will be available on selected Husker Sports Network stations and on Huskers.com and broadcast on the Internet on the Big Ten Digital Network.
A limited number of returned tickets are available for the Huskers’ season opener by visiting Huskers.com/Tickets or calling the University of Nebraska Athletics Development and Ticket Department by calling 800-8-BIGRED during business hours.
