Huskers Ranked 44th in RPI

The Nebraska soccer team garnered the No. 44 ranking in the NCAA Women’s Soccer RPI, released on Monday.

The Huskers are ranked third nationally in strength of schedule after going 8-7-2 in the regular season. Despite not qualifying for the Big Ten Tournament, NU remains in contention for a possible NCAA Tournament berth.

In addition, the Huskers finished the regular season with the 14th-highest home attendance in the nation, as 12,427 fans attended Hibner Stadium this season. It is the second-most in a season in program history.

The NCAA Selection Show is set for Monday, Nov. 9 at 3:30 p.m. (CT).
