Greensboro, N.C.- Anna Filipcic placed 20th in the three-meter dive, concluding her competition at the NCAA Championships on Friday afternoon at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
After tallying a score of 318.35 in the preliminary round, Filipcic claimed a 20th-place finish. Yu Zhou of Minnesota finished the highest out of Big Ten divers, posting a score of 348.15, good enough for seventh-place in the preliminary round. Filipcic turned in the third-best score for Big Ten divers at the meet in the three-meter dive.
Filipcic began competition at the NCAA Championships on Thursday, competing in the one-meter dive. The sophomore took 21st in the event, recording a score of 291.40 in the preliminary round.
