Q&A with Melanie Crawford

Junior Melanie Crawford is in her first season with the Nebraska bowling team after transferring to NU from Stephen F. Austin. Crawford, a native of Allen, Texas, earned third-team NTCA All-America recognition a year ago and is expected to make immediate contributions for the Huskers this season.

A business administration at Nebraska, Crawford took a few moments from her academic and athletic schedule to give us some more insights about her.

Why you chose Nebraska: Nebraska has one of the best bowling programs in the country, and I wanted to have the large university experience. 
Best thing about Nebraska: The people here are some of the kindest, most caring people I've ever met. Especially my teammates. 
What you want to do after college: I would love to travel all over the United States and hopefully one day around the world.
