Huskers Ranked No. 5

The Nebraska rifle team is ranked fifth on this week’s CRCA Poll. The Huskers are 6-1 after completing a weekend sweep in Tennessee.  

On Nov. 1, Nebraska defeated Memphis by a score of 4,667-4,625. Then on Nov. 2, the Huskers beat Ohio State by a score of 4,675-4,628.  Rachel Martin fired a career-best air rifle score of 594 against the Buckeyes.

The Huskers have two weeks off before the team travels to Alaska to compete against Kentucky on Nov. 22 and Alaska-Fairbanks on Nov. 23.  Both matches are set to begin at 9 am.
