Huskers in the NFL Week 6

Fifth year Detroit Lion Ndamukong Suh contributed to the 17-3 victory over the Minnesota Vikings when he made two tackles and had two sacks. The Lions defense proved why they’re No. 1 in the league when they dominated the Vikings with a total of eight sacks and three interceptions. Suh passed Shaun Rogers on the franchise list for career sacks by a defensive tackle, with 30½. Rogers played seven years for the Lions.

In his fourth season with the Washington Redskins, running back Roy Helu rushed three times for 26 yards and caught two passes for 40 yards on Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Despite a loss to the Baltimore Ravens, running back Lavonte David recorded 14 tackles (10 solo), including one for loss. David doubled his performance from last week, as the All-Pro linebacker consistently dominates Tampa Bay’s defense.
