Boyer Advances to Third Round

Tulsa, Okla. - Nebraska's last man standing, Dusty Boyer, will play in the third round of the singles main draw tournament against Minnesota's Jack Hamburg. Boyer is seeded at the No. 6 position and began his play against Jovan Pavic of Arkansas where he 6-3, 6-3. In the second round, Boyer lost the first 4-6 to Lucas Gerch of Oklahoma State but came back 6-2 in the second and third sets winning him the match.

Andrew Dzulynsky and Vasileios Stavropoulos fought past their first matches but each fell short in their second rounds. Dzulynsky won his first match to Alejandro Capdequi of Oral Roberts 7-6, 6-3. Stavropoulos defeated his first opponent, Jocelyn Devilliers of Witchita State 6-3, 6-7, 6-3.
