Huskers in the NFL Week 4

Several former Huskers made impact plays on the field and contributed to wins in the fourth week of the NFL season.

Lavonte David remains one of Tampa Bay’s most consistent linebackers as he put up solid numbers on Sunday to help the Buccaneers cap a 27-24 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. David had 12 tackles, 10 of them solo, and also forced a fumble late in the fourth quarter.

In his third season with the Houston Texans, defensive end Jared Crick contributed to the 23-17 win over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday when he made four tackles, one of them solo, and had 1.5 sacks.  

The New York Giants dominated the Washington Redskins in a 45-14 victory with the help of corner back Prince Amukamara, who made three tackles and had one interception in the third quarter for 28 yards.

In his ninth season with the Baltimore Ravens, Sam Koch had one punt that went 39 yards and was downed at the 2-yard line. The Ravens came away with a 38-10 victory over the Carolina panthers.
