In Week 13 of the NFL season, former Husker linebacker Lavonte David continues to make his mark as one of the top linebackers in the league. David recorded nine tackles in Sunday's road loss to streaking Carolina as he sits fifth in the NFL in tackles with 108 on the year. David also vultured his third interception of the year and picked off a pass for his second-consecutive game.

Former Nebraska All-American tackle Ndamukong Suh posted four total tackles, including a safety as the Detroit Lions picked up a Thanksgiving Day victory over Green Bay to retain first place in the NFC North. Chicago's Zack Bowman has been busy in the secondary for the Bears, racking up seven tackles in the overtime loss in Minneapolis. Prince Amukamara also racked up five tackles as the resurgent Giants are attempting to make a late run at the postseason.
