Trevor Vidlak is a senior leader on the Nebraska men's cross country team. The co-captain missed the 2012 season with an injury, but made a healthy return to the course in 2013 at the Augustana Twilight. Not only did he win the event, he captured USTFCCCA National Athlete-of-the-Week and Big Ten Cross Country Men's Runner-of-the-Week honors. Vidlak, a fifth-year senior and Lincoln native, will lead the Huskers into the Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational at Pioneers Park on Saturday, Sept. 21, at 10 a.m. Vidlak took time out from his schedule to answer some questions about his life off the course.
