Inner Circle Connects Past with the Present

One of the new N-Club components debuting this fall is the Inner Circle.  The Inner Circle strives to connect past Huskers with the current upperclass student-athletes.  Our letterwinner alumni have a great deal to share that can impact the future of our Husker student-athletes.  Simply by sharing the life journey, career transitions, life after sports, and leadership strategies, much can be gained.  Personal testimony can be riveting and often times student-athletes can related and connect favorably to someone who has walked the walk.  Inner Circle membership for current student-athletes is by application only targeting 3rd, 4th and 5th year student-athletes.  Selected student-athletes will attend three panel presentations each semester having the opportunity to hear from letterwinner alumni representing various sports, professions and levels of success.  Letterwinner alumni are excited to share words of wisdom with the ultimate goal of enhancing leadership and better preparing today’s college student-athlete for life after sports.  Letterwinner alums living in Lincoln, Omaha and other nearby cities interested in being a panelist for one of the six inner circle meetings, please reach out to Keith Zimmer at kzimmer@huskers.com
