Tuesday's scheduled softball game between Nebraska and UNO in Omaha has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up on Tuesday, March 26 at 6 p.m. at Westside Field at Westbrook.
The schedule change does not affect Nebraska's home game with UNO, which is still scheduled for Tuesday, March 19 at 5 p.m. at Bowlin Stadium. The Huskers' weekend schedule is also unchanged, with Nebraska hosting its home opener this Friday against New Mexico State.
Nebraska has won five straight games and closed a recent abbreviated road trip with a 5-1 record, splitting a doubleheader at No. 1 Oklahoma, before sweeping doubleheaders at Oklahoma State and Wichita State. The 22nd-ranked Huskers are 16-5 overall this season, while UNO is also off to an impressive start with a 22-2 record in the Mavericks' second year of transitioning to the Division I level.
