Freshman Desire' Stephens is one of five Nebraska natives on the Husker squad coming out of Millard West High School in Omaha. Stephens saw action earlier this season, performing in an exhibition routine at the Masters Classic before having her season cut short because of a knee injury. Although injured, Stephens continues to be a spark plug for the Husker squad and is one of the most vocal members of the team. Check out this Q&A with Desire', where she touches on everything from her favorite vegetable to her favorite class.
