A three-year starter in the Husker backcourt, Brandon Richardson has been one of the leaders for the Huskers this season. He is averaging 7.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 2.0 steals per game. He is on track to become the first Husker in a decade to average better than two steals per game.
In Big Ten action, he ranks among the conference leaders in steals (2.3, 1st), assist-to-turnover ratio (1.8-to-1, 7th) and assists (3.0, 11th) and comes off a career-high 25 points in the win over Iowa on Jan. 26.
