The Nebraska rifle team will travel to Morgantown, W.Va. this Saturday to face the West Virginia Moutaineers on the range. The match is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. It is the second meeting of the season between the teams and will also serve as their NCAA qualifying match. The Mountaineers (10-2) defeated the Huskers (3-9) earlier this season in Morgantown, but the Huskers are looking to bounce back and end the season on a positive note.
Saturday's scores will be added to each team's current season average. The top eight teams from this weekend's qualifiers will earn a trip to the NCAA Championships on March 11-12 in Columbus, Ga. Nebraska finished sixth at the NCAA Championships last year.
