Walk-On Basketball Tryout Set for Next Wednesday

Lincoln – If you ever wanted an opportunity to try out for the Nebraska men’s basketball team, next Wednesday is your chance. The Huskers will hold walk-on tryouts on Wednesday, Sept. 29, at 6:30 p.m. on the Devaney Center court.

Potential walk-on candidates need to be at the Devaney Center by 6:15 p.m. and must have the following items to be eligible to try out: A walk-on tryout form (which is available at Huskers.com); a copy of your UNL fall class schedule and a copy of a physical taken within the last year (dated 9/29/2009 or later) or have a doctor’s signature on the tryout form. As a reminder, any potential walk-on needs to be a full-time student currently enrolled in 12 or more hours during the fall semester.
