Maric finished with 10 points on 5-of-7 shooting from the floor and pulled down three rebounds, as Australia fell to 2-2 in pool play. Maric is averaging 12 points and 4.5 rebounds per game in the tournament, while shooting 65.6 percent from the field.
Maric and the Australians will take on Angola in its final game of pool play Thursday morning at 8:20 a.m. on ESPN3.com. Australia, which is 2-2 in the tournament after Wednesday's result, needs to finish among the top four teams in Pool A to advance to the next round.
