Huskers' Dual with Texas Tech Canceled

Lincoln ? Due to inclement weather in Lubbock, Texas, the Nebraska track and field team’s dual with Texas Tech on Saturday, Jan. 30 at the Devaney Center Indoor Track has been canceled. With freezing rain and snow hitting west Texas, the Red Raiders were unable to secure a flight out of Lubbock.

 

The Huskers are still set to host the Husker Multi Challenge, starting tonight at 5 p.m. and then beginning tomorrow at 1 p.m. The meet will only consist of the men’s heptathlon and women’s pentathlon.

 

The rest of the Husker squad will travel to Ames, Iowa, for the Bill Bergan Invitational, which is set to begin at 10:30 a.m.
