December Employee of the Month - Diane Nietfeldt

Diane Nietfeld was named the Nebraska Athletic Department Employee of the Month for December of 2009. Diane is the first winner of the monthly award and was selected after being nominated by a member of the Athletic Department staff.

Diane coordinates shipping and receiving for the Athletic Department. She first joined the staff as a guest relations/security attendant in the spring of 2007 before moving to shipping and receiving that fall. Diane and her husband Joseph have two children, Joe and Mike.

To be eligible for employee of the month, an employee must have worked in the department for at least six months and the employee cannot be a head coach or a member of the Executive Team.
