While the Huskers will not have television coverage of their games at the Las Vegas Classic, tournament sponsor HoopTV.net will offer live video streaming available on the Internet for games on both days. Fans can log on to HoopTV.net here and purchase streaming packages for either one day for $7 or two days for $10.
Nebraska, which is 7-2 heading into this weekend's matchup with Jackson State at the Devaney Center, will face Tulsa in the first round in Las Vegas. The Cornhuskers and Golden Hurricane will face off at 4:30 p.m. CT (2:30 p.m. PT) at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. The teams will be paired with BYU and Nevada, with the winners of the Dec. 22 contests facing each other at 9:30 p.m. CT (7:30 p.m. PT) on Dec. 23. The losers of the first day's games will meet at 7 p.m. CT (5 p.m. PT) on Dec. 23.
The Huskers have already earned one victory against a team from the HoopTV.net Las Vegas Classic tournament field. Chicago State will join Jackson State, Wagner and Eastern Washington in the other bracketed portion of the tournament field in Las Vegas. Nebraska defeated CSU by a 74-39 margin on Dec. 10.
