Nebaska-Kansas Baseball Postponed; Twinbill Set for Sunday at 11 a.m.
Lawrence, Kan. -- Due to inclement weather in the Lawrence area Saturday evening, Nebraska’s game against Kansas, scheduled for 6 p.m. has been postponed.  The teams will play a doubleheader Sunday beginning at 11 a.m.  Both games will be carried on the IMG Husker Sports Network and on Huskers.com. The Huskers won the first game of the series, 11-4, on Friday night.  It is the fifth time in seven conference weekends that weather has forced Nebraska to play a doubleheader.

We are still delayed, although the tornado warning has now expired

Lawrence, Kan. ? The start of tonight’s Nebraska-Kansas baseball game has been delayed by inclement weather. A tornado warning has been issued for the Lawrence area and the teams have evacuated the ballpark.  Check Huskers.com for updates as the night progresses.

We have cleared the pressbox, as there is a tornado warning in Lawrence and both the baseball team and the baylor softball team, which was playing KU in softball, are inside the fieldhouse. We will update as soon as we have an update.
